Skinterest does not offer ‘off the shelf’ or white label formulations to multiple clients or brands, which means your product will be exclusive to you and your brand. step 1
Tell us what you’re looking for by contacting us here.
We will arrange a time to chat and ensure we understand exactly what you’re looking for, before providing a quote. We will also share a briefing template to help you articulate your formulation goals.
We would never share your great ideas outside of skinterest, but if you’d like a non-disclosure agreement in place before sending your brief, you can send one to complete, or we can send you a copy of ours.
step 2
From there, we’ll take care of all the technical bits! We’ll draft a formulation, source suppliers for all required materials and experiment with concepts.
We’ll then send you first samples, product information and indicative ingredient lists for evaluation, typically within 2 weeks of starting (subject to accessing any ingredients we don’t have in inventory).
You’ll evaluate the samples and provide feedback. If required, we’ll then modify and optimise the formulation and send new samples.
step 3
Once you approve the product, we provide you the full formulation; including a proposed manufacturing process and product specifications, which becomes your custom formulation.
You can take this to your preferred manufacturer, or we can help with recommendations. If you’d like to have your shelf-life substantiated, we can perform accelerated stability, compatibility testing and facilitate preservative efficacy testing.
