SAUL PYLE (he/him)
founder and technical director
Saul has spent over two decades working alongside Australia’s most respected manufacturers and developers of cosmetics, skin care, hair care, personal care and sunscreen.
In 2017 Saul saw the need for an independent, private, full featured, research and development laboratory and skinterest was born.

MATT MILLER (he/him)
senior development chemist
Matt has over 20 years’ experience in new product development and formulation of innovative cosmetic, therapeutic and beauty products.
His expertise across the personal care and therapeutic industries saw him presented ‘Innovative Product of the Year’ awards in 2014, 2017 and 2018 for his formulations.

PENELOPE KOURKOUMELIS (she/her)
development chemist
Penny joined the skinterest team in early 2021 with over a decade of experience working with both cosmetics manufacturers and consumer brands.
Prior to coming on board Penny was the product development chemist for Nutrimetics Australia, across their skincare, colour and body care ranges.

BETHANY YEE (she/her)
research and development analyst
Bethany is the newest member of the skinterest team, joining in 2023 following completion of her Honors at the University of NSW.
Bethany is passionate about helping others and using science to create real-world benefits that contribute to society.

GEORGIA SOUTH (she/her)
marketing and client care
Georgia has spent her 20 year career in a variety of marketing, marketing operations and business development and support roles in the property and hospitality industry.
In 2021 she decided to follow her true passion for skincare and cosmetics and left her corporate real estate job to join the skinterest team.
Qualifications and memberships: BBus(Marketing), DipBus, DipCosmeticBrandMgmt (due for completion in 2024), Associate Member Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists (ASCC)
